Who we are
Linfranc Services Ltd (LSL) was established in 2015 with a clear purpose: to address gaps in social care and allied support services. Since then, we have proudly partnered with local authorities and community organisations to deliver high-quality care, support and coordination services for adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other vulnerabilities.
Our work is grounded in dignity, compassion and genuine respect for every individual. We support people to live safely, confidently and independently — helping them to achieve meaningful goals and thrive within their communities.

From our beginnings, Linfranc Services has focused on empowering service users and their families. We believe in fostering independence, choice and wellbeing — not just providing care, but enabling lasting, positive change.
Our dedicated team comes from diverse backgrounds and brings a wealth of experience in social care. Every staff member holds recognised qualifications and undertakes continuous professional development to ensure the highest standard of support and expertise.
